Q. I remember a news photo which pictured tanks rolling across the desert, and the dialogue bubble, coming from above, said: “Medammit, I said promised land, not promised continent!” What issue was this in?

A. That appeared in the December 1973 (“Self-Indulgence”) issue, in the News on the March section.
