I stumbled over this last nite. "Ten Risky Things To Do With Your Cock" is part of 'John & Gerry's Potpourri of Danger, Risk, and Daring-Do' in the March '79 (Chance) issue. Weidman & Sussman's suggestions range from the retarded to the reprehensible, and seem to me more in the nature of a space-filler than actual humour. Still, what do I know about cock jokes?
